Distribution date will be set when I get a credible offer to buy the apartment

DELIVERY
The cost of commercial delivery in New York is prohibitive and I will ask some muscular friends to help me DELIVER the LARGER ITEMS
(Any volunteers to help me deliver the goods? Top rates offered for muscle and companionship...)
I ask that anything SMALL ENOUGH TO CARRY be collected
